REGISTRATION

New Family Registration

Entering Kindergarten

Attend Kindergarten Orientation Meeting generally held in March at the Crane Road Church. For Parents only – Meet the Teachers, Principal, see the classrooms, and get a general outline of their school day. Date will be posted in church bulletins.

Child must be 5 years old by September 1 of the year entering Kindergarten.

Register at New Family Registration Days generally held in April for two days 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day. Dates will be posted in church bulletins. A copy of birth and baptismal certificates and a registration fee will be required. (The registration fee will be returned to you if your child does not get in and is placed on a waiting list).

There are 60 Kindergarten spots that are distributed as follows:

  1. Current Family Siblings
  2. New Families
    • Spots are filled from April New Family Registration in order of registration date at the parish. St. Pat’s families are first followed by St. John Neumann families.
    • All incoming students must complete a screening test.
    • Any students remaining after all available spots are filled are placed on a waiting list. There are two lists – one for St. Pat’s and one for St. John Neumann. If your child is placed on a waiting list, your registration check is returned. As with both registration and waiting lists priority is given to St. Pat’s parishioners followed by St. John Neumann parishioners.
    • Waiting lists are not carried over from year to year. Each family must re-register each year to maintain their spot on the waiting list.

Entering Grades 1 - 8

Register at New Family Registration Days generally held in April for two days 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day. Dates will be posted in church bulletins. A copy of birth and baptismal certificates and a registration fee will be required. (The registration fee will be returned to you if your child does not get in and is placed on a waiting list).

New Families

  • If available, spots are filled from the waiting list as well as April New Family Registration. St. Pat’s families are first followed by St. John Neumann families.
  • Any new registrants put on a waiting list will follow in order of their church registration date after anyone currently on the waiting list that has returned to re-register.
  • Waiting lists are not carried over from year to year. Each family must re-register each year to maintain their spot on the waiting list.
  • All incoming students must complete a screening test and parents must complete the New Student Registration Form before final acceptance.

Non-Parishioners

Any non-parishioner is welcome to fill out a registration card after August 15th. Non-parishioners will be placed on the waiting list as a non-parishioner and if space is available will be accepted to St. Pat’s based on non-parishioner rates and will follow the same procedure as New Family Registration Guidelines.
